Mary Had A Little Cookie

Man...I just can't stop being nice. Remember I was saying how cool it was to have BEYONCE doing her thang on MY blog, and now all you see is the pimp? That's because Sister#1 "stole" her away. She came up with all sorts of reasons saying how the song is SOOOO suited for her blog (just because she has photos of Beyonce up on her blog, bleah..) SO yah..Hmph. Anyways, I think I shall change the video for your viewing pleasure. How bout some Mary J? Heh..

So.....now I'm home after the last day of attachment at NCC. Gave everyone in the lab cookies. Home-baked cookies proudly baked by Sister #1, but even more proudly wrapped by yours truly ;) I shall just take this opportunity to say say abit la, just to appease The Sister. If you want to order cookies, brownies and cakes, just drop me or her a msg. You can choose from a scrumptious spread of regular chocolate chip or dark chocolate cookies, heavenly (but equally sinful) double chocolate brownies, cakes and vanilla sponge cakes. Prices are VERY reasonable. Still not looking forward to all things FYP. But hey, I am looking on the brighter side of things when school begins. I realised something long ago, and now I totally regret making that decision. REALLY regret. WHyyyyy......

Phoebe: And if you wanna look 19, then you... you gotta do something about your eyes.
Joey: What? What's wrong with my eyes?
Phoebe: They give you away. There's just... there's too much wisdom in there. Just put some tea bags on them for like 15 minutes.
Joey: And that'll get rid of my wisdom?
Phoebe: Maybe just 10 minutes for you.

Uber Cool!!

If you could kindly look to the left of my blog, and who do you see?? BEYONCE!!! Don't blink and pinch yourself. She's REALLY there..BEYONCE KNOWLES and her lesser known affiliate Jay-Z struttin' her stuff in MY blog. Who's blog?? MYYY blog! Yah, you can actually WATCH her! How cool!! But I guess I can expect Sister #1 to be having some OTHER famous person on her blog, which I shall not mention. Eh, I need to boost MY hits you know.. She went something like this: "HHHHEEHHHHHHHHGGGHHHH!!!" (supposed to sound like a shocking gasp). So ya, pretty sure she's gonna put it up.

And NO, my anger and frustrations towards those in charge of the poster thing in school have not been placated. What is the big idea of telling us to design a poster 1m by 1.5m, mind you, of our final year project in such BLOODY FREAKIN WHO THE HELL YOU THINK WE ARE short notice!!?

Feeling very geram and frustrated, so no F.R.I.E.N.D.S snippets today for you to read and feel good and stuff. Live with it.

Vrrrooooomm!!

Congratulations, I am now officially a student of the Bukit Batok Driving Centre. Other than this, the on goings in my life are currently non-event. I shall write more when I'm up to it ya. I know, I'm looking forward to that day too. Haha ;) Just too much going on in my mind that I can't think in an organized manner. Here's some F.R.I.E.N.D.S for ya anyways..Oh, damn..the site doesn't seem to be loading. Another time then.

Down With IT

I know I am supposed to be in bed resting and all but didn't feel like. Will do that tomorrow. Two days MC..Heh..I was feeling feverish, still have the flu and sore throat. Work was horrible on Monday. I was sneezing the whole time, and at one point, I had to work with one hand with the other holding a piece of tissue paper. Imagine pipetting with one hand! Hmph.

Sorry Makcik for being The Reason. (Has, your cue to laugh starts here) The reason for postponing our dinner/photocard taking meeting. I was so looking forward to it too, but who had seen this coming?

I realllllly can't wait for term to begin. I miss everything school-related. Yes, lectures included. I miss hanging out with ma friends, and somehow, the canteen is where we spend most of our time. We even complete tutorials there! But one thing I dread is the completion of FYP. It's a scary thought. Oh F.R.I.E.N.D.S started already..Bye you poor thingies who have no cable TV.

Monica: Oh, we used to drive each other crazy playing the shadow game.
Phoebe: Oh, how do you play the shadow game?
Monica: Oh, how do you play the shadow game?
Phoebe: I just asked you.
Monica: I just asked you.
Phoebe: I don't have time for this.
Monica: No, that is what the game is.
Phoebe: You just gave up really quickly.

No Go

So we didn't go to Boom Boom Room as planned on friday. Rekha's mother couldn't make it, and my Sis No. #1 backed out last minute. Heh..(She feels weird going to a club with younger people). Hahah..so we're thinking of going sometime next week. So in place of Kumar, Rekha got us tickets for this Russel Wong photo exhibition thing at Robertson Quay. (100 dollar tickets but we got it FREEEE) but when we went there on Saturday, the people there were clad in tuxs and dresses and stuff. They even had valet parking!! We were contemplating our entrance. Would we look like fools?? What were we wearing, you may ask. Jeans and a shirt. No chance even if it was long sleeved. Haha..We tried entering from the other entrance, but there were so many people standing there..Just so out of place lah. So finally, after thinking about how many glasses of wine or drinks and plates of food we were gonna sacrifice, we left the place half-heartedly. We then headed on to City Hall. It was pretty late already. 11-plus..so we got stuff from 7-11 and ate. It was quite funny actually, come to think of it. Hahah..So now you know why the tickets were priced at 100 dollars....Bleh...

Meeting the Makcik, Fadly and Sarah tmr for dinner. I am so broke...

Chandler: They do me?
Phoebe: You know, like... uh, okay: "Could that report be any later?"
Chandler: I don't sound like that.
Joey: Yeah you do.
Ross: Oh, oh Chandler...
Ross: "The hills were alive with the sound of music.
Joey: My scones!
Joey, Ross and Phoebe: "My scones!"
Chandler: Okay, I don't sound like that. That is so not true. That is so not... That is so not... Oh, shut up!

BOOM, BAM and everything in between

Here I am, at NCC (my workplace)..sponging off their internet access. Heh..I was browsing through the archives of the Baby Blues comic series and it dawned upon me to include it as one of my blog dailies. How 'bout that? Heh..Do I have the copy rights for that? Anyways, a couple of months ago, I was talking to Rekha about Kumar and his show at Boom Boom Room after my sister accounted her experience of seeing Kumar's live comedy there. She was super thrilled from what she heard and ever since then, she has been wanting to make a trip there. And now, since the news that Boom Boom Room is going to have its swan song performance next week, she called me that very night to ask me to go. So now, after deciding to drag my sister along, because she's the culprit who started all of it, we're planning to go this Friday.

Oh yah, found out that Siti, also known as The Makcik as mentioned in previous entries, has a BLOG! she's been keeping it since November and she didn't reveal it till yesterday. Didn't even know she was into it which was why I didn't tell her mine, until yesterday too. So for those interested in her blog, and not really the least bit in reading what I have to offer (you'll be missing the real deal here you know...HUGE mistake...) I grant you the permission to use my blog site as a link to her's. Hmph. Oh, do check out the other links too. They're cool. (and no, they did not pay me for this.)

Monica: You remember that video I found of mom and dad?
Ross: Yeah.
Monica: Well, I just caught the live show.
